Release Notes
New in Fred Dispense Plus
Fred Dispense Plus automatically applies both software and drug updates. No user intervention is required, but please ensure that your server PC is always switched on as automatic updates are applied outside of business hours.

Diary Tile
The Fred Dispense Plus Diary is now available in the AppBar as a tile.
Add the Diary to your AppBar from the AppBar Manager.
You can choose between Standard and Wide styles for the Diary tile.
If there is a diary entry for the current day, it will display on the tile (space-permitting).
If there’s no diary entry for the current day, the tile will look like this.

Ability to copy IHI Number
You can now copy a Patient’s IHI number using any of the following:

Click the Copy icon next to the IHI field.

Right-click and select Copy IHI.

Select the IHI number and press Ctrl+C.

New Setup Menu on Menu Bar
A new Setup menu has been added to the menu bar.
The Setup menu contains many of the options that were previously accessed via the Administration menu from the Wait Screen.
Fixed in Fred Dispense Plus

Fixed an issue where the PBS cost price displayed as $0 in the F7 Quick Drug Pricing screen.

Medication Chart Dispensing – The formatting of the text within the Medication Chart Details tile has been adjusted to ensure all contents of the tiles displays correctly.

Medication Chart Dispensing – A navigation issue from the Med. End Date field to the Dispenser field has been resolved.

Fixed an issue where Script Type of PBS was being selected on subsequent scripts in some scenarios, after a script had just been dispensed using a prescriber type that is not eligible for script type PBS (e.g. Vet, Podiatrist).
